Jeffery Addison
Jeffery Addison is a pseudonym used by author Don Keith for a series of inspirational novellas co-written with author and media personality Edie Hand.
WHY DO SOME AUTHORS WRITE UNDER A PSEUDONYM?
I cannot presume to speak for other authors, but I use this pseudonym because these books are so different from everything else I write about and I do not want there to be confusion among readers. For example, I have done a number of books about submarines and World War II history. My book THE SOLDIER'S RIDE--written with Edie--is an inspirational novella and might not be appreciated by those seeking WWII historical non-fiction. I am proud of all my books and happily put my name(s) on them!
The Ride Series

This series of inspirational novellas talks of life as a ride, with rough patches and dangerous curves, but through faith, family and friends, the journey can be a magnificent one. THE LAST CHRISTMAS RIDE is based on actual events in Edie's life, and how a special promise to her dying brother was the highlight of an otherwise horrible Christmas. THE SOLDIER'S RIDE features a series of angels who tell a harried businesswoman a remarkable tale of a soldier's sacrifice and how those who love him the most bring him back from the edge of final despair. And A CHRISTMAS RIDE is another tale, built around a family and their holiday traditions, and how a special Christmas light display on a remote mountaintop led to bringing a fractured family back together.

“This is the most powerful piece of material I’ve ever worked on since, “The King Is Gone,” in 1977. Edie’s story about a sister’s love is a journey that takes us all to “The Last Christmas Ride” and teaches us how to let go and continue to live our life.” --Multi-million-selling recording artist Ronnie McDowell

"As a career military member and one who served in Vietnam, I found myself absorbed in The Soldier's Ride from the first words. The impact we can have on the lives of others, frequently without realizing it, is a subject I've long been interested in and spoken about. Edie Hand and Jeffery Addison give us an inspiring example of this, the strength we may unexpectedly draw from others in our greatest hours of need, and of true heroism. It's a book to read, remember and reflect about and I've done all three." - Wilma L Vaught, Brig General, USAF Ret., President of Women's Memorial Foundation, Washington DC.
